The problem
Three websites, three logins, one tired marketing person
A growing business ends up with more than one site. The main site, a site per brand or branch, a landing page for the campaign, and a blog someone set up on WordPress years ago.
Today
- A separate admin panel and login for every site
- The same post pasted three times, with three typos
- SEO fields and alt text skipped when the team is busy
- Plugins to patch on every install
- A chatbot quoting last year's prices
With Ureka CMS
- One editor for every website you run
- Write once, every site pulls the post through the API
- AI suggests SEO fields and alt text, your editor approves
- No CMS code or plugins on your live sites
- Your chatbot answers from the same, current posts
Writing the post takes an hour. The SEO fields, the alt text and the Hindi version take another. Keeping it all in sync across every site takes the rest of the week.
Features
What Ureka CMS does
The parts your editors use every day, the AI that does the repetitive work, and the API your developers and your chatbot build against.
Write once, publish everywhere
One editor for every site. A post goes live on each site that pulls it, with no copying and pasting.
AI writing assistant
Drafts, rewrites, SEO fields, alt text and Hindi drafts suggested by AI. Your editor approves every word before it publishes.
Rich posts with images
Formatted content, a featured image, an excerpt, an author and a category on every post.
SEO fields on every post
Its own SEO title, meta description, share image and clean slug. AI suggests them, your editor approves, Google reads them.
Reading time and dates, automatic
Reading time is worked out for you. Published and updated dates feed your sitemap and article schema.
One secure REST API
JSON over HTTPS with an API key that stays on your server. Paginated post lists and single posts by slug.
Feeds your sites and your AI
Next.js, React, a PHP site, a mobile app or a chatbot. If it can make an HTTPS request, it can use your posts.
Your website stays fast
No CMS plugins running on your site. Pages can be built static or cached, so posts load quickly on a weak connection.
Set up and migrated by us
We connect your sites, move your old posts across and keep the URLs that already rank.
Need the website too? See website development. Want a chatbot that answers from your posts? That is generative AI development. Running an institute? Ureka LMS handles courses, video and tests. Every article in our repository is served by Ureka CMS.
AI inside
AI built into Ureka CMS
AI does the repetitive parts of publishing. Your editor reads and approves everything before it goes live.
Draft and rewrite help
Turn rough notes into a first draft, shorten a long paragraph or fix the tone. Nothing publishes without a person approving it.
SEO fields suggested for you
AI suggests the SEO title, meta description, excerpt and slug from what you wrote. Your editor checks them in seconds instead of writing them from scratch.
Alt text for every image
Image descriptions written for you, so posts stay accessible and images can rank in Google Images.
Hindi and regional languages
Translate a post into Hindi or another Indian language as a starting draft, then have someone fluent review it before publishing.
A chatbot that answers from your posts
The same API feeds a website or WhatsApp assistant that answers customer questions from your published articles and links to the source. Update a post and the answers update with it.
Ready for AI search
Clean HTML, SEO fields and published and updated dates make your posts easy for Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity to read and quote.

How it works
How you get started
- 01
A 20-minute demo
We show you the editor, its AI tools and the API on a call, using posts from a live site.
- 02
Plan the content, in writing
Which sites, which categories, who writes and who publishes, and where AI should help. Written down, with a fixed quote for setup.
- 03
Connect your sites and your AI
We wire each website, and your chatbot if you want one, to the API, or hand your developers an API key and the docs. Posts render with their SEO tags and schema.
- 04
Move your old posts
Existing posts come across from WordPress or wherever they live, with old URLs kept or redirected so you do not lose rankings.
- 05
Train the team, then stay
A short session on the editor and its AI tools, including what to check before approving a suggestion. Then support on WhatsApp when something looks wrong.

Pricing
Ureka CMS pricing
One simple plan to start. Setup, migration and customisation are quoted separately, in writing, before any work begins.
Ureka CMS
Introductory priceStarting at
₹249/month
Introductory price · billed annually · + GST
- The editor, with AI help on drafts, SEO fields and alt text
- Secure REST API for your websites
- SEO fields, images, authors and categories on every post
- Support on WhatsApp from the team that built it
Customisation
Want it customised? No problem. We build that too.
Ureka CMS is our own product, so a change you need does not wait in someone else's feature queue. Tell us how your team works and we will shape the CMS around it, quoted in writing first.
- Content types beyond posts: products, events, team profiles, job openings
- Approval steps before anything goes live
- AI prompts tuned to your brand voice and style rules
- Connections to your CRM, newsletter, app or ERP
- Different content for each site, brand or language
- Your own editor layout and fields
Fixed written quote within 24 hours. You approve the scope before we build anything.
₹249 a month is an introductory price on the annual plan, so ₹2,988 a year plus GST. More sites, more editors, heavier AI use, setup, WordPress migration and customisation are quoted after a 20-minute call, and the number does not move unless the scope does.

Fits: multi-brand and multi-branch businesses with no in-house tech team.
Tell us how many sites you run, what they are built on and where you want AI to help. We will tell you whether Ureka CMS fits, or whether WordPress is the simpler answer.
Who it's for
Who uses Ureka CMS
Businesses with more than one site
Several brands, branches or campaign sites, one content team.
- Multi-brand companies and franchise networks
- Schools and coaching institutes with a site per branch
- Clinics and real estate firms with a site per city or project
- Agencies writing content for several clients
- Content teams that want AI help with SEO fields and translations
You usually need: one editor with AI help, one API, every site in sync.
Teams on a custom-built site
Developers built the site in Next.js or React. Now marketing wants a blog.
- Startups whose website was hand-coded
- Product companies that want a blog without a WordPress install next to the app
- Developers tired of editing posts in code for the marketing team
- Teams adding an AI chatbot that should answer from the blog
You usually need: an editor marketing can use on their own, and one API that feeds both the website and the chatbot.
Under the hood
Built for the developers who integrate it
A REST API that returns JSON. Authenticate from your server with an API key, list posts with page and page_size, fetch a single post by its slug. Every post carries its title, slug, excerpt, HTML content, featured image, author, category, SEO title and description, share image, reading time, and published and updated dates. The same endpoints feed AI: pull posts into your chatbot's knowledge base or a RAG pipeline, and use the updated date to know what to refresh.
Ureka CMS serves the articles on ureka.dev. Our sitemap reads the same API, so a new post shows up in the sitemap without anyone touching the code.

This website
Every article in our repository is written in Ureka CMS and pulled into this Next.js site through the API, with its SEO title, description and share image. The XML sitemap lists new posts automatically from the same API.
Honest advice
When Ureka CMS is the wrong choice
We would rather lose the sale than set you up with the wrong tool.
You run one small site and post twice a year
WordPress or your website builder's own editor is fine. A headless CMS earns its place when you have several sites, a custom-built frontend or a lot of content.
Your team wants to design whole pages by dragging blocks
Ureka CMS manages posts and articles. If marketing needs to lay out entire landing pages visually, a page builder is the better fit.
You need an online store
Products, carts and payments belong in Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom store. We can build that and pull your blog from Ureka CMS alongside it.
You want AI to write and publish the blog on its own
The AI in Ureka CMS helps a writer. It does not replace one, and nothing auto-publishes. If nobody on your team owns the content, sort that out first.
