CloudServicesforTeamsWithNobody on Call

Migration, DevOps, monitoring and cost control — running in your own cloud account, with your name on the billing and root access in your hands. We start by reading your current bill.

If a ₹1,500 server is genuinely enough for you, we will say so and not take the project.

The bill goes up every month and nobody can say why.

Cloud is rarely a technology problem. It is an ownership problem.

Someone set it up two years ago and left. Nothing is written down. Servers are running that nobody dares switch off. The site went down on a Sunday and you found out from a customer. Every change is a small act of courage.

Meanwhile the invoice grows, and no one in the room can point at a line and say what it is for.

What we do

01

Cloud migration

Move an existing app, server or database onto the cloud without a weekend of downtime.

02

Cloud architecture & setup

Networks, environments, permissions and backups laid out properly once, so the next change is safe.

03

Cost optimisation

Right-sizing, reserved capacity, and switching off the things nobody has used since March.

04

DevOps & CI/CD

Every merge deploys itself, every deploy can be rolled back with one command.

05

Kubernetes & containers

Set up properly when you genuinely need it — and we will tell you when you do not.

06

Backup & disaster recovery

Backups that have actually been restored in a test, not just scheduled and forgotten.

07

Security & compliance

Permissions, secrets, encryption and audit logs. Indian regions and DPDP-ready where needed.

08

Database & storage

The part that breaks first under load — sized, indexed, replicated and backed up.

09

Managed cloud & monitoringIncluded

Alerts that page a human, patching, log retention, and a monthly report you can read.

Building the application itself as well? See website development and mobile app development.

Where cloud bills actually leak

Almost nobody is overspending because the cloud is expensive. They are overspending in six specific, boring places. This is the list we work through on every audit, and it is the same list whether or not you hire us.

Servers sized for a launch that already happened.

Provisioned for the worst day of the year, running that way on every ordinary Tuesday.

Test environments running all night.

Staging and dev used nine hours a day, billed for twenty-four, including weekends.

Storage nobody has ever deleted.

Snapshots, old volumes, logs kept forever, backups of systems that no longer exist.

Data taking the expensive route out.

Transfer charges are the line item nobody reads until it is a third of the bill.

On-demand pricing on permanent workloads.

Things that will run for the next three years, paid for as if they might stop tomorrow.

A markup you cannot see.

If an agency invoices you for cloud rather than the provider doing it, you are paying more than the meter says.

Who this is for

Two kinds of buyer, two different problems. Find the column that sounds like you.

Startups & product teamsMost of our work

You are growing faster than your infrastructure, and hiring a DevOps engineer is not worth it yet.

  • Funded startups whose bill jumped after launch
  • SaaS teams where developers are also, reluctantly, the ops team
  • Products preparing for a launch, a campaign or a funding diligence

Usually starts with: a cost and reliability audit, then a plan you can approve in stages.

Established businesses

Your systems are running on servers nobody in the building fully understands any more.

  • Businesses still on a physical server in the office
  • Teams whose developer or vendor has left with the passwords
  • Hospitals, schools and firms holding data that must stay in India
  • Companies whose cloud is resold to them by an agency at a markup

Usually starts with: working out what actually exists, and writing it down for the first time.

How we work

  1. 01

We read the bill and the architecture

What is running, what it costs, what would break first. Before any recommendation.

  2. 02

You get a written picture of your own infrastructure

A diagram, a cost breakdown by line, and a ranked list of risks. Yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.

  3. 03

We fix the cheap things first

Idle resources, oversized instances, missing backups. Days of work, visible on the next invoice.

  4. 04

We migrate alongside, never on top

The new environment runs in parallel and gets tested. Traffic moves only when it is proven, at your quietest hour.

  5. 05

    We automate the deploys

So releasing stops being an event someone has to be brave about on a Friday.

  6. 06

We watch it, or teach your team to

Monitoring, alerts and a monthly report. Or a handover with documentation, if you would rather run it yourself.

Plenty of businesses do not need proper cloud.

A single server for a few thousand rupees a month runs a brochure site, a small portal or an internal tool perfectly well. Putting that on a multi-availability-zone setup makes it cost more, break in more interesting ways, and need somebody to look after it.

Real cloud earns its cost when downtime has a price, traffic moves unpredictably, or the data has rules attached.

A single server is enough

VPSManaged hostingVercel

Choose this when

  • Traffic is steady and modest, and an hour offline is survivable
  • There is one application, not a set of connected services
  • Nobody is asking you where the data physically sits

Proper cloudWhere we help

AWSAzureGoogle Cloud

Choose this when

  • An hour of downtime costs you money or customers
  • Traffic spikes with campaigns, seasons or a launch
  • The data has residency, audit or compliance rules attached

Terraform for infrastructure. Docker, ECS or Kubernetes for workloads. GitHub Actions for deploys. Grafana and CloudWatch for monitoring.

Three ways to work with us

Cloud auditStart here

Best when nobody can explain the current setup.

A fixed-price review of your architecture, costs and risks, ending in a written document and a ranked plan. Yours to keep either way.

Fits: inherited infrastructure, a rising bill, funding diligence.

Fixed-scope project

Best when the job has a clear finish line.

A migration, a CI/CD setup, a security hardening pass. Agreed scope, fixed timeline, documented handover.

Fits: moving off an office server, a one-off migration, a compliance deadline.

Managed cloud

Best when there is nobody internal on call.

A monthly retainer: monitoring, patching, backups, cost review, and a human who answers at 3am.

Fits: live products, teams without DevOps, anything customers depend on.

Not sure which fits? Send us last month's cloud invoice and a sentence about what keeps going wrong. We will tell you which of the three you actually need.

Discuss My Cloud Setup on WhatsApp

What we usually inherit

Most cloud work starts in the same four states.

  • One server doing everything, built by someone who has left
  • Backups configured years ago and never once restored
  • Root credentials shared over WhatsApp, held by four people
  • A bill nobody has broken down by line, ever

None of this is unusual, and none of it is a reason to be embarrassed on the first call.

The account stays yours

Your name on the cloud account.

Registered to your company, billed directly by AWS, Azure or Google — never resold to you by us.

You hold root access throughout.

We work under scoped permissions you can revoke in a minute, without asking us first.

The infrastructure is written down.

Terraform in your repository, plus a diagram and a runbook, so the next engineer is not guessing.

Leaving costs you nothing.

Stop the retainer and everything keeps running exactly as it is. Nothing switches off with us.

Cloud work we have shipped

Healthcare

CareSync

Hospital devices were offline and patient data was stranded on individual machines. We built a cloud system that stores records securely, lets doctors reach them from anywhere, and generates history reports and live analytics for doctors and nurses.

Why teams hand us their infrastructure

The account is yours.

Your billing, your root access, no reseller markup, no lock-in.

We cut the bill first.

The savings usually arrive before the invoice for finding them does.

Somebody answers at 3am.

Alerts page a human, not a dashboard nobody has open on a Sunday.

We write it down.

Diagram, runbook and Terraform, so you are never hostage to one person's memory.

Frequently asked questions

There are two costs: what you pay the cloud provider, and what you pay us to run it. We usually start by reviewing your current bill, because the savings we find often cover a meaningful part of our fee. Migration is fixed-price; managed cloud is a monthly retainer based on how much infrastructure exists.
