Send us the software work. Keep the client.
Agencies, CAs, consultants and incubators send us the websites, apps and AI tools their clients ask for. We quote in writing within 24 hours, build it, and sign a non-solicit so the relationship stays with you.
No joining fee · Terms agreed in writing · Written non-solicit
The risk
The call you don't want to get
Three months after you recommend a developer, your client phones you. The developer has stopped replying. The app is half built, the code sits in someone else's account, and your client wants to know why you sent them there.
That one call costs you more than any referral fee pays. So this program starts with the relationship. Every partner agreement includes a written non-solicit. Every client gets a fixed written quote they can hold us to. The code, domain and store accounts are in your client's name from day one. Money comes next, on a call, in writing.
Four ways to partner
Which partnership fits you?
“My clients ask me for websites and apps, but I don't build them.”
Referral partner
Introduce the client. We quote, build and support it. You're rewarded when the project signs.
CAs, business consultants, marketing agencies, freelance designers, IT vendors
How referrals work“I sell websites and apps under my own name and need a team to build them.”
White-label partner
We build behind your brand, under NDA, in your tools. Your client never hears our name.
Digital agencies, design studios, software and IT firms
How white-label works“My clients are schools, coaching institutes, website owners or D2C brands.”
Product reseller
Offer Ureka LMS, Ureka CMS or our WhatsApp platform. We onboard and support them. You earn while they stay.
Education consultants, agencies running many client sites, e-commerce consultants
How reselling works“I run an incubator, a co-working space or an industry association.”
Startup & community partner
Your members get a free scoping call and partner-only terms. You get workshops and office hours.
Incubators, accelerators, co-working spaces, associations

Why there's no percentage on this page
Most partner pages lead with a number: up to some percent, sometimes “for life”. The fine print then decides when it counts. Often that means only after the client's final payment, only for leads the vendor calls “qualified”, or only on the first invoice.
We'd rather spend 20 minutes on a call learning how you work, then write every condition down before your first introduction: what you earn, when it's paid, and what happens if a client signs six months later.
| Compared on | Typical partner program | Ureka |
|---|---|---|
| What you see first | A headline percentage | A call to agree terms that fit how you work |
| The conditions | In the fine print | In your partner agreement, before your first introduction |
| What counts as a referral | Decided by the vendor | Defined together, in writing |
| Your client afterwards | May be approached directly later | Written non-solicit in every agreement |
| Your client's price | Hourly estimate that can grow | Fixed written quote within 24 hours |
| If the project goes wrong | Code sits in the vendor's account | Code, domain and store accounts in the client's name from day one |
| Who you call | An account manager, then a ticket | The team building it, on WhatsApp |

How it works
From first call to first project
01
A 20-minute call
Tell us who your clients are and what they keep asking you for.
02
Terms in writing
The model, what you earn, when you're paid and the non-solicit, all signed before any client work.
03
First project
We quote in writing within 24 hours, build with progress every two weeks, and support after launch. You're paid as agreed.
Fit
Who this isn't for
This works best for people whose clients already trust them for advice. It won't suit you if you plan to send us every lead you can scrape, or if your clients want the lowest price with unlimited changes. We'd rather have five partners we know well than fifty we've never spoken to.
Tell us what your clients keep asking you for.
We'll suggest the model that fits. If none of them does, we'll tell you that too.
